    When changing the name, it may take some time (hours, or even a day) for the correct name to show up. If you have waited that long, and the corrected name is still not showing, then you should contact Customer Support (link at top right of these forum pages).

    Account Settings

    I set up an account for another person. The welcome letter had the correct name. However, the account is under a different and incorrect name. I tried to change the name in Account settings but it reverts to the incorrect name. Can I change the name or do I have to call in and get the wrong account deleted?
