Current Wait Times for autosomal transfers?

Yesterday I transferred an AncestryDNA kit to FTDNA using the link for transfers found on the splash page.

The upload apparently went well and I got to the "50%" point on the green bar, and the text says:

You're Done!
We'll email you after your results are finished processing. It should take around an hour.

However, it's been well over an hour - a day now - and I've not heard anything from FTDNA.

Is there a backlog?

The initial transfer to get your limited Family Finder results should only be a few hours, at least in the same day. If it still is not there can you please email the helpdesk at [email protected] so someone can look into this.
