I use a variety of devices to access FTDNA (desktop, laptop, old iPhone, new iPhone and Kindle). I just got a Kindle Fire and I enjoyed using it to access FTDNA but after two days, the Kindle Silk browser would shutdown when I tried to login. The login page itself without entering anything would cause the shutdown. I've communicated several times with Amazon's offshore help crew but their suggestions were the typical ones about performing hard shutdowns and clearing the cache. The problem is well known in the blogosphere. Any suggestions? I prefer the Kindle screen size over the iPhone screen. Thanks.
