    segment mapper not chromosome mapper

Use the chromosome mapper to show which ancestor contributed what DNA

The segment mapper shows the overlaps of up to 40 people at once:

I am working on putting a version at GEDmatch as well

If you have been batch processed at GEDmatch, you can use the chromosome mapper that is built into the GEDmatch one-to-many tool.

There is also the GEDmatch 3D chromosome utility. It does not require that your kit be batch processed. It is limited to 10 kits at a time.

Another option is the tool created by Kitty Cooper.

comparable to gedmatch look at all matches ch browser?

Gedmatch had a utility that would do a chromosome browser display of all the (ftdna) matches that a kit has, all at once. You had to upload numeric starting and stopping points for each match, yourself, from a file downloaded from ftdna. This utility at gedmatch is currently turned off. What are you using right now, please, to make this or a similar display? The display was not limited to five matches, as is the chromosome browser at ftdna today. Thank you.
