Main website still down for me. Has been down since this afternoon, eastern USA time. Thank goodness I ordered my family finder on Fri. with the coupon donated from vvfj! Thanks again!!! I hope that people who are still trying to order the family finder test through the website with the coupon can get through before the deadline.

There seems to be some hiccups somewhere because my husband's FF matches went from 26 pages to 3.

website down
Although this forum seems to be up and running, the main FTDNA website seems to be experiencing problems, at least for me.

Clearing cookies created during the last 24 hours cured the problem for me.

I'd suggest clearing your browser cache or trying an alternate browser if you have one. It's been working fine since this morning for me.

It just worked for me. I checked it before I posted. I'll try it a few more times from different machines just to see.

Still not able to log in
This is apparently still a problem. I have attempted to log in from the home page and am unable. As stated previously, it can be bypassed successfully from this link: https://my.familytreedna.com/y-dna-matches.aspx
Still waiting on a Y37 for my grandfather's cousin due back today, so will be checking a couple of times during the day.

I emailed IT last night and this morning I received a reply that the log in issues were corrected this morning.

TiP appears to be broken as well
The TiP reports aren't generating any valid output either.

Deleting Temporary Internet files & Cookies doesn't help the matter. Something happened between yesterday & today. Everyone seems to be affected, so the problem must be at the Family Tree DNA website.
