I'm having the same problem with kit #351543. This is my 8th FF kit and all of the others have downloaded without incident within a few hours of posting.

Slowdown with release of FF matches

Nothing since Jul 21 for my kits. Any info (or guesses) as to when we'll see new matches?

New Matches just came in

New matches coming in just now. I have 6 new and my mother 8 new matches.

I've gotten 4 new matches this evening, one of which is my dad so I am delighted. So much for his sample being depleted!

Shared matches with parents

My new matches include: 1 French-related (shared with my dad) and 1 Swede, 1 Finn and 2 southern U.S. colonials (the last four shared with my mom).

My dad received an additional French match. My mom received 10 matches in total that include: German, southern U.S. colonial, Finnish and Swedish people.

I got 23 new matches (16 with no surnames-only 2 had gedcoms )
My half-sister got 21 new matches (14 with no surnames-only 1 had gedcom)
We shared 6 of the above matches

It seems listing surnames is on the decline!
And the ones I counted with surnames several had only a single name.

New users very seldom put in their surname lists in advance. I think you need to be patient and give them time to realise their results have come and figure out that adding surnames and gedcoms will be beneficial. I sometimes find that the surname lists start to drop into place in the week following the match.

My dad got 6 new, I got 9 new, and my son, whose kit was finished processing today got 483 matches to start with.

Shared matches with parents

My mother and I each received 13 matches; we share 7 new mutual cousins. My father received 6 matches; we share 5 new mutual cousins.

My maternal shared matches are mostly Swedes, Finns and southern U.S. colonials. My paternal shared matches are mostly Norwegians. (My mother had one Swedish immigrant grandmother; my dad had one grandmother whose parents came from southern Norway.)

My father continues to acquire British-related mystery matches. This time, he also acquired a mixed Swedish-Finnish match, something quite unusual for him.

My deceased father's results just came in and he has 784 matches! Been waiting since Father's Day.

I have a total of 622 and my mother has a total of 683.

Since the Gedcom upload has not been working people cannot upload their Gedcom and have it automatically populate the list. I think most are waiting on that. It is a pain to type them all in.

I was hoping it (the gedcom upload) would be fixed by the time my father's kit came in so I could add his that way. But I will enter the surname list now because it has not been working for a while and who knows how much longer it will be.

I'm now at 468, with 14 new strangers added. One of them is inserted on page one (out of 47 pages). That one is from the deep south, but I'm clueless as to relationship.

The Finnish Variable

My mother and I received additional matches, dated August 7. We share a Finn and a southern U.S. colonial. My mom received an additional Finn and southern U.S. colonial as well.

Long before our family started DNA testing, several family members suspected some Finnish ancestry in our background. To this day though, I am surprised by the number of Finnish distant cousins (most often living in Finland) who are added to our cousins lists, repeatedly.
