Win some, lose some
Ashkenazi results: With this new round, only a couple of new matches in but about a dozen disappeared. Not that surprised to see another adjustment drop a couple more matches, but the low number of new matches is an outlier. Maybe just transfers right now?Comment

Mom's account just lost 2 matches too and her 3rd cousin lost 3! I lost 2, probably the same 2 Mom lost.
So Mom now has 122 here and 2391 at Ancestry! I have 72 here and 583 at 23AndMe.
I want more and more matches, not fewer and fewer!!! How can I break down brick walls if I have nothing to work with?
I wonder just how poor FF sales are and how much smaller the database is than those of the other companies?Comment

Losing not gaining
I can't keep up with everyone losing matches never mind getting them. 2 kits lost another page each and the other 4 finally stabilized. My husband and my son both got 1match.. the same match but no one else got any. I am now down to 90 matches
and 
at the same time!

Actually, my mother lost 3 because there's a new name that I never saw on her list before. Some of my assigned relationships on both old and new matches have been removed.
And has anyone noticed a difference in count on their matches page and their chromosome browser page, even though they have no 3rd party matches???Comment

I may have an important match at Ancestry and I'd like to ask her to test here, but between the price difference, the huge wait for a small number of ever decreasing results, and the apparent ineptitude, I don't feel like I can ask anyone to purchase an autosomal test here anymore. I used to try hard to persuade people to do the Family Finder test!!!
So far, I think they're still the best for Y-DNA and mtDNA.Comment

Just checked mine again, still 52 in the chromosome browser. And I still have the same number of pages. Five full pages with 2 matches on the sixth page. Dang! I was really hoping to have some of my matches back. Also I'm on my computer now not my iphone, and I still don't see any message on the home page about anything being temporarily offline. And well, there is not a message either that anything is fixed!
I did notice with the new Build I have two new matches that are Lithuanian. One from my original date of 7.6.2012, and the other with a match date of 2.22.2013. Thank goodness, I'm sure they know they are not descended from the Franks, and therefore having France in PF. I'm sure they are also aware they do not come from Central Europe. Sorry I had to carp again. I'm still dumbfounded by that.
I also decided to check the lovely Population Finder results, and that is still the same. They did not prompt me to answer their silly survey either. Thank the gods!Comment

Can you tell me the date of your new matches?
I received one new match. But that was on 3/3/13 according to the date checker on FF. As of today I have nothing so I am baffled if I gained a match three days ago ahead of everyone.

I hope to hear back from the IT department tomorrow because for myself and my husband, we have absolutely no Family Finder matches at all now. No option I select will load anything. Are all you guys getting the message on the homepage that it is temporarily offline? Or that they are working towards fixing everything? I don't have any of that.Comment

Right now I am not seeing any messages from FTDNA, at all. I can access the Chromosome Browser page where the original maintenance message was; odd place as it should have been on the front page.
Our population finder results are still there etc but we have no pages at all anymore. Am I the only one who is having this issue?Comment

Yes Ronda, Chromosome page is an odd place to have that message. I just double checked my chromosome browser page, and no I have no message there either.
