Anyone have suggestions on analyzing the raw autosomal & X-chromosom data? Is there any value in comparing mine with other matches?

The X chromosome data might be useful since FTDNA doesn't use it in FF right now.

You can compare X chromosomes (and autosomes) on GEDmatch, and possibly match people who uploaded their 23andMe results.

        Thanks I forgot about Gedmatch.

In general, there is no real value in analyzing my results against my matches as noted in the FAQ 819 ?
The insertion & deleltion, homozygous, heterzygous values..is there anything to chase down there with my FF matches?

You could, but the raw data file's more than 700,000 lines of text just like that. Using GEDmatch does essentially the same thing, and it's automated.
