Chromosome Browser page redirect loop?

FTDNA needs to seriously re-assess its IT Dept.
Safari canSafari can’t open the page.
Too many redirects occurred trying to open “https://www.familytreedna.com/my-ftd...er.aspx”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.
That's the message I've been getting.
If it's not one thing, it's the other!

Was working fine earlier, but now I get with Firefox 4:
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
Looks like FTDNA has a case of "FOTABA" (fix one thing and break another).

Chromosome Browser page redirect loop?
Hi all,
When I login my account, all the pages work: Matches, PF, Raw, etc.. except the chromosome browser. I'm pretty computer savy, so I removed all the history data including cookies, set my browser to accept all cookies and I still the message below from my chrome 14.0.803.0 browser:
This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at http://www.familytreedna.com/my-ftdn...e-browser.aspx has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
Learn more about this problem.
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.
I got a similar error with the latest Firefox5.0.
Any ideas? I'll send a note to FTDNA help in the morning if I still have an issue.Tags: None
