old Affy matches appearing when logging in

I undestand that my Affy matches are gone

I had 2 "close and Immediate" matche sin Affy
1 in Illumina

Anyway, when I log in now and go to the Illumina results, it shows me both the old Affy matches, until I pick somethin else out of the menu, and then go aback to "close and immediate" and then it correctly show my 1 Affy match

I have do a refresh, and it still does it

I have no no idea why this happened to your data. Considering the lack of replies, I suspect your situation may be unique. My Affy data are gone.....gone....gone....

Gone but not really forgotten

Satyricon, that is an interesting shortcut. I clicked on it and it pulled up my long vanished Affy matches. Interestingly, on the left panel, there was only information regarding Illumina, yet the Affy matches were shown front and center.

I wonder how long before FTDNA disables that shortcut path?
