"Population Finder" Illumina Raw Data - Is The Data Correct?

Some people have been questioning PF readings but that does not mean your raw data is not the data your SNP test reported. It is correct.

I'm wondering about my Population Finder raw data files - are they accurate although not calibrated correctly on the chip...? Not sure how this all works, but I need to know about the integrity of the raw data.
