New Notification System Needed

Good Morning from the lovely Bush International Airport in Houston, TX. There is a random bug that is causing false match notifications for some but far from all mtDNA, Y-DNA37, Y-DNA67, and Family Finder matches. We are doing our best to document, trace, and fix it.

Few weeks ago i started receiving Emails about FF matches which i dont understand.

For example, I got an email today that new match had been found for one of the kits that i manage. New matches are very common among Ashkenazi people and 2nd-4th are usual matches. However, the best new match for this kit is 3rd-5th with longest block of about 15cM which is quite remote. One of the other kits i manage had a 2nd-4th match with 138cM and longest block of 23cM and three more segments above 10cM!! I did not get an email regarding the second.....

Can someone shed some light on this?
