Has autosomal dna testing peaked? Perhaps new sales and marketing strategies are needed.

My paternal grandmother's kit was batched on 09/12 and her population finder came online today. In the past the full results have come out within about 3 or 4 days of the population finder being uploaded on my other 3 kits, so I would guess they next waive of results will post by the middle of this coming week.

Probably not. One step at a time.
First tested myself with NG kit in 2011, but just this August tested the full mtDNA, now is my husband for Y67 from Y12 and my father for full mtDNA, then will be my father for Y67, a little bit later my father for family finder, then my husband for full mtDNA, then my husband for family finder - it seems it will take a year or two to do all tests.... my cousin (our mothers are sisters) is also interested - still some time for him to do Ydna, he also wants to check his father's mtDNA.......
Wishing you luck and some patience....

Tapped out?
Hope not! Just bought 3 more tests today. Hoping my mother and father-in-law will come onboard and test. My kids and husband have tested so if they do test will give us a good idea of what relatives belong to what side. I love we can do that with his family as my paternal side is unknown and leaves a lot of questions unanswered!

End of the month is here, and no new matches! It seemed the matches would come in on a Friday. Today is Saturday. I don't think many people have been able to afford to test their DNA, hence the sale that is going on this weekend. Let's all hope a lot of people place their order this weekend.

I think that the lack of new matches must be technical issues at FTDNA.
I have noticed only increased interest and sales of the FF-test for the last months, so my guess is that there is a load of results that normally would have been added to the database that are now of some reason hold back for a month now.
Before August "incident" matches usually came in weekly or sometimes biweekly.
