    According to Owen Lu who already checked some of those BAM files :

    5 samples : O2a2b2a2-F1645
    3 samples : C1b-F1370
    1 sample : F*
    1 sample : J1
    2 samples : J2
    2 samples : P2
    1 sample : NO*

    Other samples have not determined belong to which haplogroup.

    Oh, it's from VCF files, not BAM files.
