Big Y Matches tab not updating?

Can't get the results to update at all - change the sort, nothing. Change the rows per page, nothing.

Can you share the file? Haven't experience that before.

No file. My issue is selecting Home->Results & Tools->Big Y->Matches. The result set from that never changes.
