It looks as though there are two batches per week. The even batches start on Mon, the odd batches on Wed.

Batch 928 batched Mon 31 Dec 2018, results received 7 March. (8.5 weeks)
Batch 930 batched Mon 7 Jan 2019
Batch 932 batched Mon 14 Jan 2019, results received 19 March (9 weeks 1 day)
Batch 933 batched Wed 16 Jan 2019
Batch 934 batched Mon 21 Jan 2019, results received 23 May (17 weeks 4 days)
Batch 936 batched Mon 28 Jan 2019
Batch 938 batched Mon 4 Feb 2019

So it looks as though there were two months when they did no BigY processing at all.
If they have fixed their problem, batch 936 should have finished around 30 May, 938 around 6 June, 940 around 13 June, and 942 this week.
But I won't be surprised if they still have issues. But the Y111 part of the test seems to be working fine.

Batch 939 update: received word from customer service that my first sample failed, and that they used a new sample on May 29th. The current wait time is about 15 weeks as long as there are no further issues. The representative said I should be getting results in a couple of weeks.

We have confirmation from FTDNA that the due dates mean nothing. If the results haven't come out by the due date, they automatically add two weeks to it. The most reliable indicator is the last processed batch number. It has taken them 4 weeks to process 3 weeks of kits. That's encouraging, it indicates they're close to fully operational again. But they have a huge backlog to get through, now.

Batch 953 has been coming in late last week.
Hard to predict how long it will take. Maybe early September, but it depends on how long QAing takes for your kit. (Rarer lines will take longer)
