My Big Y (batch 934) completed today

Batch 939 ( batched on Feb 6, 2019) got pushed to June12th-June 26. This is the 4th time to be delayed.

My batch was due today (3rd June), been delayed - same as you 17th June to 1st July.

Batch 932 batched 14 Jan 2019, results received 19 March.

I don't think the due dates have any meaning. It's not a backlog, they went for months without finishing any batches at all. One of the crucial machines must have gone down, probably while processing 933 or 934. They must be having a terrible time at FTDNA.
Based on the comment by Phil1973, batch 934 finished on 23 May so they may finally be back up.

Mine is Batch 964 - it was due yesterday and they changed it to say due 6 July, then completely disappeared. It has actually appeared and is complete, so it must have been a few glitches etc..

I have batch 928 ordered in December 2018. I had to send in a new DNA sample, delivered to the lab in February but have yet to receive results. The expected date was bumped multiple times to now being 06/17/2019 - 07/01/2019. I opened a call with FTDNA to see if they are having issues with my sample yesterday, but have not heard back yet. It looks like higher batch numbers have been delivered, I suppose I am no longer in this original batch.

Got an answer from helpdesk:

"Thanks for contacting FTDNA. I'm sorry the Awaiting Results section is missing from your account. There is a technical issue with this page and our IT team is working to get it resolved. We expect these dates to return hopefully early next week, as long as there are no issues preventing IT from resolving the problem.

I checked with the lab on the status of your Big Y-700 on B500032. This test currently has a processing time in the lab of 8-14 weeks. Your test was ordered on March 30th, and started processing in the lab that Monday, April 1st. As long as it passes quality control on this run, you can expect results within the next 4 weeks."

Y700. Batch 953. Ordered mid March 2019. (I already had Y500).

This note is now seen at my “pending”.

Quote: ”Results for your Big Y test have been delayed. We have updated your predicted completion date, and action by you is not usually required. Note that predicted dates are an estimate and subject to lab volume and quality control.”

Now predicting late June into mid-July, so I’m thinking August. No big deal I guess, seeing I don’t have a match at Y500. Just trying every door to see if one is unlocked.

The Big Y 700 batch I am waiting on is

Batch 941 batched 13 Feb 2019. Now they have push the results to 6/16/19-7/3/19.
I'm planning on a trip to Scotland in August and was hoping to have the results well before that. Very annoying.
