The result for my relative is ready, but the manual assignment, we should form a new subclade, is not done yet. How long does that need?

I don’t want it that badly. Believe me, I’ve been at this a long time. I’ve already paid for the tests of enough relatives.

One thing I’ve learned is that if a person doesn’t care enough to pay for his own test,
you’re not going to get much cooperation out
of him, one way or the other.

Don't remember exactly and not seeing the order hx on his profile page, but it was about 6 weeks.

    Big Y-700 Ordered 06/07/2022 1306
    Big Y-700 Batched 06/08/2022 1306
My order history also disappeared for a couple weeks but reappeared a few days ago. I had already done y-111, and my panels 112-561+ are not yet populated.

Is this normal? I left a message inquiring because I don't know if there was a mix up and it was confused with a Y-111 only. I was not expecting results until late September. Not sure how I'm supposed to interpret that.
It is the same for my relative for which I ordered an upgrade from Y37 to Big Y, incidently on the very same day as you, 20th of June. Does it really need another month and more until the full results are ready?
My relative and I should form a new branch, with our last common ancestor being born before 1800 and we are at a distance of 3 on the 111.

Yes, it means you’re right on track. Batches close Mondays and Wednesdays, and the full 111 STRs are released 18 days later if you are upgrading from 67 or lower. There’s no notification, just that weird status change to completed in the order history. I think it’s a bug after they made some changes earlier. But your Big Y should be well underway, so just a freebie before the full results in August/September.

Well my order page is still blank, and now I got an email saying it failed (at about week nine and two days) so it will probably be another 6-10 weeks... My Y-111 about ten years ago took 3-5 months, IIRC, because they also needed to do a Deep Clade I think.
