Batch 934 (batched on January the 21st) got pushed to May 27th-June 10th. (4th time to be delayed)

Batch 939 ( batched on Feb 6, 2019) got pushed to May 29th-June 12th. This is the 3rd time to be delayed.

Batch 927 ( 12/26/18 upgraded from 111 to Y500 and was upgraded to Y700) lost count on how many times it has been delayed, but once again5/15/19 - 5/29/19.

Batch 939 ( batched on Feb 6, 2019) got pushed to May 15th-May 29th. This is the 2nd time it got pushed.

Hello all,

I am in batch 934 (batched the 21st of January) and my initial completion date was first half of April. Since then, my results have been delayed 3 times, and now the target date is second half of May.

So I am a bit surprised, knowing, that the 31rst of January, FTDNA wrote:

"When will my results be ready?

Orders Placed Results Expected By

Prior to 11/18 2/8/19
11/1/18-11/30/18 2/20/19
12/1/18 to present 3/6/19

Come March, we expect Big Y lab processing time to be further streamlined, significantly reducing the turn around time for results to 2-4 weeks."

No idea on the batch number, but as of Friday night, my father's unique/unnamed marker count dropped by 9, making for the first change in a month. So somebody "close by" to us evidently has a test result pending. Last time it happened, the marker count dropped, and I saw a new match entry on my Y500 results 3 days later. (They weren't close enough matches to match each other on Y700 /cue more complaints once people become aware of what I just said, people were unhappy enough about Y500 being "too restrictive" Y700 appears to be even more so)

Based on the proximity of the month-old match, I'm hoping the 9 new common markers for my father means the nearby haplotree is about to be redrawn slightly on this round, as that does tend to suggest a "very close"(less than roughly 2KYA) match was made, and I think it's a bit early for the "upgrade" test results to be coming back just yet.

Batch 939 ( batched on Feb 6, 2019) got pushed to May 1st-May 15th. I received my 67 & 111 results quickly, and this is the first delay for the last two panels for Y-700.

Batch 927 just changed again to 05/01/2019 - 05/15/2019. Ordered12/26/18 as an upgrade from Y-111 to Y-500 and then upgraded to Y-700 by FTDNA.
