I got this from customer support when I asked about repair schedule: "Thanks for your response. We resolved the issue yesterday morning and started working to post the backlogged results. As long as there are no additional issues getting those results posted, we expect to have everyone's results posted by the middle of next week."

Yes that's normal assuming there is no date next to where it says "Completed". When the test is completed there will be a date there not an empty box.
This has been a weird experience so far in that I got the 111 results in only 3 weeks, which was far less than I expected.
