Thank you for the info. I am also waiting for Batch #1147... I thought that something was wrong with the kit, but it is probably a big Black Friday batch that is still processing.

Yes, that is unusual. I would contact them immediately. Once you get that email, everything should be done. They don't generate the email exactly when your results post. Most of the time, I have logged in and noticed before I got the email.

My batch #1147
Dear Xxx Xxx,
We are reaching out to you regarding the Big Y-700 on kit XXXXXX for which you are listed as either the primary email address or the email address in the billing information for the Big Y-700 purchase.
We apologize that the Big Y-700 results for this kit are not yet available. The results for XXXXXX have passed the final quality control and are in the process of uploading to your account, however, there is a technical issue, unrelated to the actual files, preventing the batch upload from completing. This does not involve the data at all, only the upload process. Only kits receiving this email are affected.
Our engineering team is working on this issue at the highest priority to resolve it as soon as possible so that we can provide you with your results. While this upload is pending, you may be able to view partial Big Y-700 results and if your order was an upgrade from the Big Y-500 to the Big Y-700 you may not be able to access your Big Y-500 results. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Once the issue is resolved and your full results have been uploaded and posted to your account, an automated email will be sent to the primary email on the kit to let you know.
No action by you is required and there is no response is needed. However, if you have any questions, please feel free to reply directly to this email or give us a call at 713-868-1438 and select option 2 for a Big Y Specialist. You may also reach out to [email protected].
