DO_NYS Waiting on Big Y-700 Batch 1148
previous result from BY-500 were R-BY24409
I saw that you upgraded from Big Y-500 to Big Y-700 and I was wondering if they gave you a pending date when it might be completed as I also upgrade Big Y-500 to Big Y-700 batch 1143 but they didn't give a pending date when it might be completed. I am R-A5533 I did get in touch with them and they said it was well on the way but still haven't put a pending date on my kit page.

Waiting for Big Y-700 results for batch 1122. Been waiting since 9/2/20. First sample run "failed quality control." Told by Customer Support to expect result no later than 3rd week of February. That is excessive! How many Y-700 batches are being completed and released per week? And where is my batch in the que? That would be good information to know.

My batch # 1147. No estimated date in awaiting-results page. Ordered 26 Nov 2020 as upgrade from BigY500. No new test kit received so I think they are using the many years old sample. Is this normal? If you are in batch 1147 do you have some estimated date range?

Just received my Big Y700 results from an upgrade from Big Y 500. I was in batch 1143. order 11/12/2020 batch 11/16/2020 completed 02/10/2021. My hologroup didn't change still R-A5533 I must have had a good sample as I have had these test run from it Y37 markers, Y67 markers, Y111 markers, DF13, family finder, full mtDNA, Big Y500 and the Big Y700 without have to send a new sample. Didn't know they could run that many test from one sample, I must have been lucky ?Last edited by McCrary_Fondren; 10 February 2021, 03:03 PM.
