BAM Files

Does anyone know how long it is taking for FTDNA produce BAM files at the moment, please?

They are point blank refusing to even accept requests.

I tried and they were rejected. They won't even make a wait list.

they accepted my request oh 11/29, but I haven’t gotten anything yet

They said they would request it when I contacted them via the alternative contact form but gave no idea of waiting times or even whether they'd e-mail when it is prepared. All sounds a bit odd.

I used the button on the webpage, and got a reply the next day:

"Thank you for contacting FTDNA. I have submitted your request for a BAM file. You will receive an email once it becomes available."
