Has BIG Y reported any I-Z382(+)? Three of us in my surname sub-Group have previously tested I-Z382(+), but BIG Y reports us all ? No Call. YFull shows me
    ChrY position: 3680849 (+strand)
    Reads: 5
    Position data: 5C
    Weight for C: 1.0
    Probability of error: 0.0 (0<->1)
    Sample allele: C
    Reference (hg19) allele: G
Known SNPs at this position: Z382 (G->C)

FFull has added a new terminal SNP for me, down stream from Z382,
    I-Y5384. (POSITION 9900950)

Very interesting! I-Y5384 sits on the experimantal tree along with 14 other SNPs: I-Y5385 to I-Y5398:

I guess your sub-clade is a good candidate to sort out until the genealogy timeframe, if I understand it correctly? I hope my Y-DNA breaks those 15 SNPs into two different sub-clades

What I don't understand is why I-Y5384 is placed downstream of I-Z382* instead of parallell to I-Y2170

          Does anyone know why?

I agree, this looks like chart error. I am Z382(+), Y2170(-) and Y-5384(+).
            Should have caught that myself.

Ken Nordtvedt has identified some sub-clades downstream of 9900950, I-Y5384:

I am NV(+) for all the YCHr Positions Ken has listed in the I1-SW section of his Z2040 Tree, downstream from 9900950 (I-Y5384).

It is good to see that YFull fixed the Z382 > Y5384 part of their I Haplotree.

This part of YFull's experimental I-Haplotree is either still broke or rebroke:
                    I-Z382
                    I-Z382*
                    I-Y5384 (9900950)

Yes, it seems still to be somewhat broke, but it is possible to read out the important information.

I had Kenneth weed out anything but most recent novel variants for me, resulting in this place downstream of Z2040 for me:

                      Code:
                       9981210 - 15905784
                      -------------------
                       9375521 - 13825433 - 16590994 - 19008423
                      21330881 - 21503593 - 22119021 - 22745167
                      23693557 - 24890832
                      -----------------------------------------
                       6427808 - 8195396 - 8522695 - 8651517
                      14252761 - 14629008 - 15718971 - 16202191
                      17679880 - 18574461 - 19221554 - 19371351
                      21145673 - 21330353 - 22226256 - 22557777
                      22728053 - 23196058 - 23196098 - 23423105
                      23636183 - 28788761
After I have submitted my BAM-file to YFull, perhaps they will fix the relevant Z382+ sub-clades. If I understand it correctly SNPs 9981210 and 15905784 are parallell to [Y2170 * Y3643] and to [Y5384-Y5398].

It will be interesting to know if I share any SNPs downstream of Z382 with kit "NA11881 CEU" to define a separate subclade.

YFull defines 9981210 as Y2170. Despite the structural error in YFull I Haplotree, Y5384 and Y2170 are parallel children of I-Z382.
                        NA11881 is I-Z382*, without Y5384 or Y2170.

Ah okay, that makes sense, I had one level wrong. Then I hope I share SNPs with: YF01602 RUS

YFO1602 RUS is Z2042(-). If you are also (-) then you will join him on the tree.
If you are (+), then you will join HG00252 GBR and NA12750 CEU.

Yeah, I actually already had Z2042- tested as an individual test before I bought the Big-Y, so I must be placed either with YFO1602 or parallel to him and Z2042+, I guess.

I am not sure where YFull will place me on the tree if I share no SNPs with YFO1602 downstream of [Y2170 * Y3643], perhaps they stuck us together anyway?
