File with Big-Y target regions of the Y?

Has FT supplied anywhere a file with the boundaries of the regions that are nominally included in Big-Y? I assume there are big regions that are negative masked because of repeats, and regions that are considered mappable and thus part of the Gold Standard, so to speak. Is this available or is it considered proprietary info that we have to reverse engineer what the boundaries are?
