An initial look at 2 BED files has confirmed that the coverage did not include R1b-Z301. Is a list available of known haplogroup defining SNPs that are not covered by Big-Y?

While I understand how NGS testing results in a slightly different start & stop locations for each individual, it was my understanding that overall, only certain mappable regions of the Y were going to be covered, and other mappable regions were not going to be covered.

I would think with the above in mind, there would be a way of knowing in advance which SNPs would not be appearing in anyone's results.
