Hello,

That is the question that all at Family Tree DNA offices must answer when requesting any new innovation or fix. I have been being told that some things are low priority for the entire 9 years that I have been a customer and project administrator. The most vital of those to me is direct clear communication from internal FTDNA team members. Secondary to that is a fix to the routinely inaccurate results tracking system.

I need all of you to tell me if I am right, because with our new management team I and the others advocating have a good chance of implementing change.

Not sure exactly who you are accusing of being a troll here, but if Rebekah is going to throw out this statement:

"Do all of you consider getting this stuff fixed more important than new tools in the GAP and myFTDNA?"
