i would like to have some information about this haplogroup ...
where does it come from (regional origins) ...

what i know: ca. o,1% participians of genographic project (ng) share it; ftdna-matches show ireland and poland as geographic origins ...

There are H54 samples from Ireland, Poland and Austria. This group is quite rare, only 4 samples in GenBank, and I expect that samples will be found from other countries.
