mtDNA ancestor origins

Have the recent issues with the FTDNA site changed the ancestor origins listing or is this the result of more recent DNA data analysis? My list is now much shorter than the last time I checked it(which was a month ago or so). There are now fewer country origins listed.

No. If you mean for mtDNA Ancestral origins or Y-DNA Ancestral Origins, those are based on your matches' input.
