Is HV0 the same as V?

All Haplogroup V and its subclades are HV0 (http://www.phylotree.org/tree/R0.htm), that is they will be positive for the SNP which defines the HV0 branch.
HV0 is a parent branch of V
HV0 > HV0a > V
But all HV0, if did mtDNA full sequence testing, will not necessarily belong to V, they may follow the HV0b or HV0a1 branch......
