I already had Y-DNA 37 and Family Finder tests few years ago.
Just today I ordered for mtDNA plus test.
Will I receive another kit for this mtDNA plus test?

No, they will almost certainly be able to use your previously submitted sample.

In addition to what Sarmat wrote, if they need another sample, it is unlikely that you would receive a prior e-mail notification, they will just send to you another collection kit. Thus it is important that your postal mail address in your profile is accurate.

My result just came in yesterday. I am B4'5.

Any information about this mtDNA haplogroup B4'5?

I think B4'5 means you are somewhere within B4 or B5. You'd need to upgrade to the Full Mitchondrial Sequence test (FMS) to find your actual final haplogroup.
