Mtdna matches with no info.

My wife last week received a match which is stated 2nd Cousin by ftdna. The only information is the women's name, there is no Mtdna marker, FF, Myorigins or FMS done by this person.
Is this a transfer from Ancestry.com or similar, if so, how do I find out there kit#.........I presume they get a kit# on transfer.

Strange that she only matches my wife in chr#17
