    What might be the reason that a person has just full mtDNA matches (HVR1 & 2 plus coding region), but no lower matches at all (HVR1; HVR1&2). This is not quite logic.

    Are your full genome matches 0-step matches? If they are 1-step matches it's possible you have an HVR mutation that makes your results unique both in the full genome and HVR.

      You may fall into the same issue I am having with one of my kits FMS.
      They apparently are looking into the issue
