In my Ashford project, I have some haplogroups in red (predicted) versus some in green (snp testing). Two kits (one is mine) have been upgraded to Y-111. I bought both of the kits, manage them, and sent them in. My kit show a green haplogroup and the other Y-111 kits show a red haplogroup. As far as I know, I did not do anything different for the two kits. I don't know why my kit would be snp testing as I though this was an extra test. Any help would be appreciated.

Sign into your kit. Hover over your name at the top right. Click on 'Order History' in the drop down list. If you ordered a SNP test is should be list. If FTDNA did a SNP Assurance test it should be listed as 'Y-HAP-Backbone' or something like that. -

Thanks for the reply. I checked my order history and it was listed as Y-Hap-backbone. This was in 2007. I guess I got a free test.Comment
