I have a Family Finder Project.
I have never received any Project Administrator e-mails.

I know for an individual Kit, saying you do not want to receive e-mail notification of a type of match also turns off being able to see the match - for both you and the other person.

For Projects -- in "My Settings" -- "Notification Settings" -
you can choose whether or not to get Notifications of a great many things, such as Family Finder Match, HVR1 match, HVR2 match, etc. etc. Mine is one of the e-mails that gets Notifications for almost all the Kits in my Family Finder Project. I do not need two notifications about each event.

    However
If I understand correctly what someone just said in one of the other discussions - if you uncheck even a single item in that list, then you will not get any of the Project Administrator e-mails.

    1) is this true?
    2) is there any way to find and see the Project Administrator e-mails I have missed?

Contact FTDNA via their open a request form and inquire if your email is on their unsubscribe list and ask them to take it off if it is.

For me, it was clicking on the unsubscribe link in an email that caused my email address to go on their unsubscribe list. I assumed at time it would only stop notifications for matching, but it stop all email from them.
I had to contact them to rectify.

Also be aware that depending on how you check your email, some junk mail is not forwarded to a personal devices email app or program. One has to sign into their web account via browser and check junk folder. If in webmail junk folder one needs to create a rule within webmail to allow email (not classify it as junk)

No, that is not what they meant. When you get an email from FTDNA, at the bottom you can find an Unsubscribe link. If you click on that, it can affect all future emails you could get from FTDNA. This is not something you can find in your kit or GAP profile.

No. Other than asking other admins to forward any you missed.

There are notifications I have checked/left checked, that I get e-mail notifications about, so I am not on their 'do not send her any e-mail' list.

How many Project Administrator e-mails have folks gotten so far in 2018?

I get them on a regular basis. I haven't even tried to count them.

Emails sent to project admins (not general customers) that are not related to new members, new matches for members, new orders, etc. is so far just one for 2018. I'll list the ones I have in my inbox for 2017 and the one from 2018.

To search for admin emails simply do a search in your email account for "Dear Project Adminstrators" and "Dear Group Adminstrators" in quotes to get results with that exact phrase.
