Has anyone noticed that your group page is not updated even though some of your members have gotten new results?

One of my members in my surname project received his 67 markers results three days ago, but they don't show on my surname project. Anyone has the same problem?

Can you please send the details to us directly with the kit number of the participant at [email protected]. This will allow us to confirm the problem and inform the IT department.
