Delay in processing kits?

Is there a timeframe for when the staff will be caught up with the backlog of DNA kits that have been returned but not yet showing up on the GAP?

There shouldn't be any backlog in processing new kits. How long ago was the kit sent in?

Best to email or call FTDNA if you think there may be an issue -- they don't really monitor this board for issues.
