What effects mutations/rates?

Is there a resource anywhere that lists known causes of mutations or that effect mutation rates (other than natural causes)? I believe this would be helpful, as administrators learn about such things via their projects or elsewhere. Or is it more just speculation at this point? I've read about a few things being discussed, from radiation exposure, to elderly fathers, to recloh events. Would it be helpful to compile a list of things, and indicate whether they are natural vs. environmental (or whatever categories) ? Also, does anyone know of any other non-natural causes?

I have seen the claim that famine (i.e., starvation) can increase the DNA mutation rate.
