I have had someone ask me about 'haplogroup F', isn't that an mtDNA hpg? And even if it's not, where can I find a list of them so at least I won't sound completely in the dark (which I am )
See https://www3.nationalgeographic.com/...hic/atlas.html and click Genetic Markers at the bottom right. Note that the Y-DNA haplogroups are listed by their backbone SNPs on the left and the haplogroup is specified on the right.
