  • "Fostering" a Project?

I need to give up a project that I admin. for personal reasons. There is no one in the project who desires to take over- do I abandon it, or can FTDNA provide a foster admin until someone else can take it over?

    Cheers for any advice.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I congratulate you for trying to find a way to handover rather than just silently abandoning it to join numerous unskippered projects out there already.

I have just found a member to take it over, but I am very afraid of what is going to happen (unintended consequences anyone???)

Terry Barton from Worldfamiles.net takes on abandoned projects until a new project admin is found and can act as a co admin until the new admin is settled and confident.

          Thank you.

My fingers are crossed for the participants in my former project.
