Uploading to Ysearch

There used to be a button on the Matches page via which one could upload STR results to Ysearch. As a convenience to my project members, and to ensure that uploading was done, I did this for them. But for my last two joiners, the Ysearch upload tab has been blank. I queried Helpdesk, but they did not seem to know if this was a glitch or a permanent change. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, I see it for two kits with new Y-STR results.

The only sensible approach is to get back to the Helpdesk and ask them to please tell you what their site is supposed to do.
