You should have been given a Genographic Project ID immediately on the confirmation screen after your payment was complete. If you did not see it, use the Feedback form at the top of the FTDNA website to contact Customer Service and they can provide the ID to you.
I never heard back from them after emailing them. Sent them another email which wasn't as friendly.
Looks like they're really just taking your $15 and that's it. They're not interested in giving you the information. Nice customer service, FTDNA!
Unfortunately, the helpdesk is just very behind on answering email right now. Please do be patient, and you should get a response soon. Email is typically answered in the order received (at least based on the day) -- so your new email probably won't be answered until well after your original email.
When the helpdesk is caught up, emails are typically answered within 2-3 days. However, right now, they're more than a week behind.
Please also make sure that your email program did not mark any response from the FTDNA helpdesk as spam.
