I've transferred results (for two other separate tests) to the Genographic Project and received the results the next day but this time it's been about 8/9 days and nothing. Still says "Batch created"? Is there a reason for this? FTDNA gives me two different results when I log in, sometimes HG1 and sometimes HG2.

I meant to add, "so maybe there's some discrepancy".

You would need to contact the FTDNA helpdesk to get a definitive answer, but I'll make an educated guess on this one -- it sounds like you don't have a confident haplogroup prediction, so FTDNA has to run a backbone haplogroup test to determine the correct haplogroup before the upload to Genographic can be completed.

What concerns me is that you say your account is changing between two different haplogroups (I'm assuming predicted) each time you load it. That should never happen.

So it could be that there's a glitch with your account, and that's also a good reason to contact the helpdesk and ask them to take a look.

Yep, I think it is a glitch. Suddenly today it listed me as "Q1a3a1 Q-m3" "based on my matches", none of whom are Q.

I forgot all about this. I just checked my ydna which I ordered the conversion on Feb 26th and it is still at Batch Created.

I know they had to give me a backbone test but that was done awhile ago.

I am going to email them.

^Wow. I talked to them the day I posted this and they said it would be posted in a few days and if it doesn't email them again. It's been 3.5 weeks of "batch created", I emailed them back last week to say it still hasn't been posted and my page is still glitchy.

I received my results today. One difference: 389-2 is listed as 18, I guess a conversion thing or entry error?

Thanks. I thought it would be something like that.
