Follow this link to get the information you need. http://www.familytreedna.com/faq/answers.aspx?id=3#297

If you have both YDNA and mtDNA use the feedback form from the link above to have them add your other test results.

If you ask in English you might get more replies. This is an English forum and there is no Portuguese section.

From Google Translate the above in English:
I paid $ 15 for the Genographic Project, Y-DNA does not appear there, only the mtDNA! why?

As far your answer it's best to just email FTDNA help. See the main website contact for the correct email address.

If I upgrade my mtDNA does that automatically get transferred or do I have to pay another $15? I debated waiting but I'm not sure when I'm going to be able to have the money for the FGS before its too late to participate.
Do you get an email when they do finish their report or do you have to keep logging in and checking? Mine transfer has been a couple of weeks.

From what I understand delays are to be expected these days, where as a short time ago the transfer went through speedy quick.

Email them and begin the process if your results don't appear soon.

I also tested with 23andMe and just sent in my kit with Genebase.

Each seems to have a slightly different presentation and database of submitters.

IIRC, they are continuing the project through 2011, by popular demand. My brother and I got started with them in March, and we transferred the results here.

    Genographic Project is here: https://genographic.nationalgeograph...c/journey.html

But your FTDNA data are available right here on FTDNA!

I still see it here. When I log in, there is a link called "Genographic Project" in the left side menu under "Tools", all the way at the bottom.
