Forgotten?

Well, I have an email receipt dated March 27, 2011 and I have not heard anything or seen anything since then. I had forgotten about it because I did several other upgrades.

What was this $15 supposed to get? Anyone?

As Elise suggested, I emailed for my GPID, got a response in a few days with the number. When I went to the project and logged in, it just says kit received and batched, no results yet. Does this mean FTDNA never submitted the file from March 27 until just after I emailed them? I am usually very good about keeping all of my emails so I did not think they ever had sent the GPID, and now I am pretty sure of it.

Hi Bruce,

Glad you received the ID. You should probably email the helpdesk back and let them know what you are seeing. I did hear that there was a brief issue a while back (I don't remember exactly when) with the transfers, so it's possible that yours got caught up in that. So just let them know and they can look into it.
