I think the ones that got here used a coastal route. And had small boats. The Maori say they travelled by whale. Who knows what animal(s) the first Amerinds travelled with. I guess mammoths were extinct by then, if not, then maybe with mammoths. If Hannibal crossed the Alps with elephants, I'm sure it's possible that earlier peoples used mammoths elsewhere. Maybe it was a combination of land travel and coastal, over a period of time. Maybe certain animals knew the way over to the Americas and the first Amerinds followed the animals. They would have to because it was their food. Just like some people will go south when the birds fly south for the winter. Isn't America referred to as Turtle Island (or something similar)? Lady, if you love science so much as you said, give a chance to the scientific studies on the issues, please.

Start by reading the history of the American Indians in every single corner of the Americas. Study how they arrive, the first signs of theirs presence, the time when appeared for the first time clothings, mummies and pottery, study theirs civilizations in detail, not only the Anazasis and Kahokians but also the Mesoamericans and Peruvians. Study the movement of peoples between the Amazon and the Caribbean and the commerce between Peru and Mexico.

When you end study that, read the records of the literature in Spanish colonial Americas. Then read in detail everything that is known about the American Indians of North, Central and South America.

Then go for lingustic and for genetics, and realize reseachers aren't blind.

When you end reading all that stuff, please come back and we will discuss it again.
