  • Geno 2.0 NG gives more GEDMATCH matches than using 23

So far from what I've seen using Geno 2.0 NG transferred RAW data or direct FTDNA FamilyFinder RAW data on GEDMATCH seems to give noticeably more matches than using 23 RAW data.

Of course for many they maybe already hit the 2000 limit even with 23, but if you have ancestry from less tested places I see, for instance, my mom gets 2000 matches (hits limit) using the former but only 1476 matches using 23 RAW data. My dad also gets 2000 matches (hits the limit) using the former but only 1781 matches using 23 RAW data.

It seems that using Geno 2.0 NG or FTDNA FamilyFinder RAW data picks up FTDNA FamilyFinder and Ancestry matches a bit better than using 23 RAW data does while only doing slightly worse at picking up 23 matches.
