Trouble Logging Into Genographic Site

Has anyone else had trouble getting into their personal page after entering their genographic I.D. number today on the Genographic website?

National Geographic is Aware of the Technical Difficulties...

After about a dozen telephone calls, I finally reached a voice concernig the Genographic Project's database timing out upon attempted kit logon.

It is not your computers that are failing to access this database and there is a problem on National Geographic's end which they are currently diagnosing to repair.

I am expecting a status update from National Geographic concerning how soon the database will be available and will post a message as soon as I receive the status update...

I am finally able to login once again! It appears that the malfunction has been remedied...
