Family Finder results differing from Genographic results?

I'm wondering how often others have experienced this.

My father's DNA results from the Genographic project were transferred over to Family Finder and the FF results for Origins are fairly different.

Genographic: 74% Dutch, 26% Southern European
Family Finder: 51% Southern Europe, 44% British Isles, 3% Eastern Europe, 2% Finland and Northern Siberia.

That's a fairly big regional difference...

I'm confused since "Dutch" is not an ancestry category on Geno.
