    Hum...

    I am asking the site itself, but can anyone else not access their results?

    I, my brother, mother & father got tested a few years ago.

    Never had an issue beforehand, but I see there was a bit of changing of hands [Fox getting majority control] and now presto can't access.

    We don't have to buy the test again do we?

    What do you mean by that? I haven't seen any announcement of changes in ownership.

      Fox bought the media/promotional arm of National Geographic. The deal did not include the Genographic Project and its database. That was announced by Miguel Villar from the Genographic Project at the FTDNA conference in November.

        Oops, I hadn't noticed what sub-forum this was posted in. I did hear about that, but yes the deal didn't include the Genographic Project, so it's just coincidence that Animal06 can't get access.

        Animal06, I just logged in to both my own and my father's Geno 2.0 results, so perhaps the site was having a glitch when you tried. Have you tried again since you had the problem, or tried another browser?

          I cannot even login. I tried 2 browsers and get the message

          'Trying to get property of non-object'

          I tried resetting my password twice

          I have emailed them!
